Your property will be listed as an "Open Listing", meaning you are in control of your sale and negotiations. You will have maximum exposure to the real estate community, including agents and buyers directly. In the past, realtors had the “lock and key” to the MLS. NO more. Today through shared technology, buyers have direct access through a multitude of venues, including Realtor.com, MLS.com and MLSlistings.com, among many others.
Buyers will contact you direct, however, in the event an agent has an interested buyer, you will be able to negotiate price and commission direct to meet your financial goal. Again, maximum exposure with maximum control of your financial interest.
IN HOUSE MORTGAGE, is also available to pre-approve any interested buyers so you know you’re working with serious and capable buyers upfront. You are always welcome to call our office to ask questions and seek support with no obligation.

Q; Am I obligated to pay a commission?
A; NO. The MLS is a tool agents use to find properties for their clients. Today however, buyers have access to the MLS through a variety of websites including Realtor.com, MLS.com, MLSlistings.com, etc. These buyers will be able to contact you directly and no commission should be expected. If you choose to take an offer from a buyer working with an agent, you can negotiate that commission and have it built into your price. Most sellers are happy to pay a small commission for a qualified buyer.
Q; How do you guys make money?
A; Although we list you in the MLS for free, we offer additional services through our mortgage and discount broker services divisions. Our business model is reduced profit margin for increased market share.
